The information below sets forth the business terms & conditions for services provided by:

We recommend a travel & cancellation insurance from your local insurance company.

1. Online bookings

1.1 Cancellation fees

  • Cancellations more than 7 days prior to service date = full refund
  • Cancellation 7 days -24 hours prior to service date = 50 % cancellation fee is charged
  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to service date or "no shows" = No refund
  • Changing date of the booked service more than 12 hours prior to service date = No fee charged
  • Changing date of the booked service within 12 hours prior to service date = 50% fee charged

If a cancellations is made due to sickness or other medical condition, which prevents the client from participating the booked service, we can give no refund! Please make sure to have a travel insurance that will take over the costs in that case, like it is in case of flight cancellations or hotel cancellations. I am a private guide, not a big company, if a reservation is cancelled just before the service, I mostly have no opportunity to get a new reservation for that date.

1.2 Cancellation of a service because of weather conditions

The port authority can close in water activities completely or for certain areas. In these cases we are not able to provide the booked services. If a reschedule of the service within the vacation of the client is not possible, we will give a full refund.

Changing a service for the same date, if the booked one is not possible due to weather conditions, can be made. Differences in the prices of the services will be refunded or charged in addition.

If a client feels "not comfortable" with the local conditions despite the port authority has not closed activities for the area of the service, a refund or reschedule is not possible.

If Frogman Diving is cancelling a service for any reason, a full refund is granted. 

2. Reservations paid and booked local

  • Cancellations more than 4 days prior to service date = full refund
  • Cancellation 4 days -12 hours prior to service date = 50 % cancellation fee is charged
  • Cancellation within 12 hours prior to service date or "no shows" = No refund
  • Changing date of the booked service more than 4 days prior to service date = No fee charged
  • Changing date of the booked service within 4 days prior to service date = 50% fee charged

3. Cancellation due to client behavior

By booking a Frogman Diving service clients agree to our behavior codex. Any violation of it is a reason to stop the service and cancel any further without refund!

- Instructions of the guide/ instructor always have to be followed! We know the local conditions best and may see hazards you don´t. If we give an instruction, it has a serious intention and is necessary to guarantee the safety of the client and/ or the group.

- Any intentional actions that risks the safety of other divers or the environment will result in an immediate stop of the service.

- All our clients want to have fun and an amazing experience. We expect a minimum politeness to all members of the group as well as our guides and do not tolerate any discrimination or peer pressure.

- We have zero tolerance for any type of sexual harassment.

- Don´t touch anything underwater!

- Don´t leave any trash in the water or the jungle!

4. WE ARE HUMANS

We will always try to solve any issues in a nice way for everybody. Our main goal is to make our clients happy! So whatever issue you may have with us or our service, let us know right when it happens so we can find a solution before you leave us.
